Let_Us_Swim teaches water safety and swim lessons to all ages and to underprivileged communities where the risk of accidental drownings is higher. My name is Shana, and I've been teaching and coaching swimming for over 25 years. I want to help you and your family from becoming a victim of unintentional drowning. I came to Let Us Swim with virtually no swim experience and exactly 1 week to pass an intensive swim test involving laps, treading water, diving several feet down to collect items and more. In the end I passed. I'm still can't believe I'm saying it but I actually passed. And it's all thanks to them. I am so grateful to Let Us Swim for the time and effort they invested in me during those 7 days. All week Shana was immediately responsive to every message that I sent (and I sent a lot!). She was proactive in checking in on me and went out of her way to make more time for me and adjusted her schedule to give me as much training as possible. It was clear to me that Shana was extremely invested in my success, and that for her training me wasn't just about me hiring her to do a job. She really cared about my well being and how I was doing. People like Shana are rare. More than anything else, Shana was an exceptional swim instructor who made me feel safe in the water and never stopped encouraging me. As an adult who never learned to swim, she taught me to do things I never thought I could do, let alone in a week! I learned to swim multiple laps at a time, tread water for 2 minutes straight, dive to the bottom of a 12 foot pool and collect items from the bottom, I even learned to swim in the ocean! If you're looking for a safe, reliable, fun to be around and all out dedicated company to give you the best advice and training on whatever your swim needs might be, you need to try Let Us Swim. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are $65-$75 per session all scheduled sessions are paid up front. $85 for coaching
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR certified, a lifeguard and swim instructor certified through the Red cross. US Center for safe sport trained and concussion in youth sports trained as well as certified in adaptive swimming through Miami Children's hospital and Dan Marino Center
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with infants, ADHD, Autistic, stroke clients, and partially paralyzed as well as rheumatoid arthritis clients.
