- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes all cleaning supplies. I have had all types of requests made of me and will attempt to honor, within reason, any special needs my clients might need. If a job requires more work than initially planned, additional charges may be incurred. The estimate given is a very competitive ballpark rate, as we really want to work within your budget, but if things are not as they seem, we can be flexible and discuss. No surprises for either of us :) Cancelation (Important) If we schedule a job and block off the time on the calendar, we expect to do the job at the specified day and time. If you must cancel please do so prior to our arrival at least 4 hours ahead of time so we do not drive to your home or office and nobody is home or available to let us in. A $50 cancel fee may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, questionnaire, walk through, supplies needed, smells you like/don’t like (Fabuloso, Bleach, Mr. Clean, Pine sol, etc). If you have special requests, please text/call me so we can clarify what your exact requirements are. We are fully licensed and insured, so you have 150% assurance that you have the best company on the job working for you and your home and your possessions are totally protected as they should be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters degree but I am an entrepreneur with the desire to own her own business. I know as a business owner what my expectations are, and would expect nothing but the best, for you and your home. My most favorite quote to live by, "If its not inspectable then its not respectable," words I live by. All of my work is Inspectable and garners 5 star reviews everytime! Just saying!
