- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial inspection of the property is $50. After the inspection, the cost of the damage mitigation service is covered by the insurance company. The cost of the insurance claim assistance service is also covered by the insurance company. The customer is responsible for paying 10% of the amount recovered from the insurance company as a fee for the services provided. This fee is paid after the customer received the funds from the insurance company and is a common industry practice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact us for a free inspection. 2. We will immediately start the mitigation process, including protecting your property from further damage and drying out affected areas. 3. We will assist you with the insurance claim process, seeking the maximum compensation for the damages. After we finish the work, we will conduct a final inspection to ensure your satisfaction. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you, we will take care of everything, you just need to contact us and we'll be there to help you. Our team will respond quickly, efficiently and professionally to your needs and make sure your property is back to its pre-loss condition in no time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The ability to identify and solve problems related to water damage, mold remediation, and insurance claims is essential.
