This company’s customer service is top notch! Brandon came out and gave me an honest assessment of my roof and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need at the time. I had a great experience with Dynasty Roofing. Antonio came out to do an assessment of the roof and offered me detailed information about the problem and how to fix it that went beyond what was offered by the other roofing companies. the The job was scheduled quickly, done thoroughly and the repair team was on time, courteous and very professional. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He came out for estimate within a couple days, and the job was completed within about a week. He was very responsive with my questions. We had a covered patio flat roof that was leaking and very unsightly. The white silicone coating looks great, and no more leaks! They also added an 18’ drip edge so water wouldn’t back up into the roof. Their prices were reasonable for the work completed and dealing with professionals made it a positive experience. Brandon made sure I had a thorough receipt of work, along with before and after pictures so that I could provide my homeowners insurance what they needed to continue my coverage. Also the two roofers who came to do the work were very friendly and punctual. My neighbors saw what a good job they did and hired them as well. This was my first job procured from Thumbtack and I’m very satisfied. 👍🏻 (the crappy looking picture was the before, the white coating looks great and reflects heat).

They were the only company that gave me a choice telling me my flat roof was in good shape and I could go with a silicone sealant to extend the life, so when I did have to replace, it could be on the same schedule as the part of my roof that is shingles.
