- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the square footage of the job site (length x width), material cost, machines needed, labor and any additional customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send one of our professionals to meet with you and take notes on exactly what type of work you want done. Then we do our measurements onsite and send you a quote within 24 hours. Once accepted we then set a start and completion date that fits your schedule .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
