Very pleased with Roger's work. The pool came out very clean! The previous company I used never left my pool as clean as Covenant does. I highly recommend their services. Roger is also very nice and helpful.

Thumbtack to the rescue once again. This will be my second time utilizing this great site to find (this time) someone to take care of my weekly pool service.
I do have experience in maintaining a pool harking back to my youth when I worked a summer gig as pool service tech. I have over the years taken care of my pool without any serious issues with cleaning and maintaining proper chemical balances etc.
However, now due to recent medical issues I’m unable to service my pool so I thought I would give Thumbtack another chance to prove itself by requesting bids for an outside pool service to take care of my weekly pool needs.
I posted up my request for needs on the site and within 5 minutes time I had two quotes waiting for reply. I ended up taking the first quote which came in two minutes upon me sending out my request.
I called the contact number that was provided by the owner of the Covenant Pool Company and spoke with Roger who happened to be the owner of the company. I scheduled a first time meet so Roger could survey my pool, determine my needs and set up a weekly service plan.
Roger arrived just as we scheduled and surveyed all that needed to be done. He was very helpful and professional in the way he handled himself with explaining the details of his service and follow-ups that may need to be done. Roger mentioned that he’s been in business for over 15 years and strives to make all his customers happy and satisfied with the work he does.
I must say I was quite impressed with Roger and his personal commitments made for always doing the right things when it comes to his customers. Roger is a solo flyer so what you see will be what you get.
The quote given was very reasonable considering there are many pool service companies that are in the business of high end pitches with low end results. By no means will you be getting a High-End quote what you will be getting an honest worker that charges a fair price with excellent results.
