Kayla was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! From the very beginning, she was kind, responsive, professional, and incredibly cost effective. Weeks before my graduation party, she took the time to work with me on the design process, sent multiple drafts of the wording and setup, and really made me feel involved every step of the way. I loved that she allowed me to send inspiration pictures and truly listened to my vision while also adding her own creative touch.
Communication was always seamless, and she arrived to the venue right on time which made the day so much less stressful. The final result honestly exceeded my expectations — the balloon arch and backdrop turned out BEAUTIFULLY and became one of the highlights of the party. So many guests complimented it and took photos in front of it all night!

She literally brought my vision to life WAY better than I expected. My Airbnb was decorated for my friends birthday and it made the experience 10 times better. We had a bad flight, so when we walked in and saw the setup of balloons, we couldn’t help but to smile and start turning up! I told her the colors, she followed Airbnb entry instructions thoroughly, and put everything up in the room for the surprise. Will definitely be booking again, thank you!!!
