- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is finalized after a consultation and plan is set in motion. All prices listed are flexible based on the client's needs, budget and requests. In cases where services agreed upon are changed or expanded after the contract is signed, a change order invoice will be sent for the recent/last minute requests or expansion of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a 30 minute consultation which costs a non-refundable $30 which is deducted from the final booking fee should we mutually agree to a partnership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained certification for Wedding and Event Planning from The Wedding and Event Planning Institute (photo attached).
