All impact is responsive to the customer needs and explains all options well. Still waiting on some windows to be manufactured, but so far very nice.

On a 1 to 10 scale....as close to a 10 as possible !!! Quick to respond to quote request...Joel was very helpful to make sure we got the right doors for the right price. He communicated often as to when the doors would be available. The installers were "craftsmen"...they were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. Joel followed up to make sure all was well...stopped by and made sure we were satisfied....which we were. I highly recommend this company !!!!

We've used All Impact & Renovations for impact windows installation. Joel has been able to meet out price point and do everything in the best way possible. Delivery was made a week prior to time it was promised, installation was professionally completed and what's more important, we were feeling a good care along the process. All Impact team did a great job coordinating and delivering on promise!

We shopped around with several local companies which most were like car salesman. We contacted Joel who was quite different, not pushy like the others he was very professional and was in constant contact with us throughout the process. The installation crew showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend this company. Thanks Joel!! Love the windows what a difference from the original windows.
