- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I invest in on going education and development. I am completing a course in kinesiology to better understand the human body inside and out as it relates to movement. The course has a third level that is specific to yoga and our body. I also have a certification for teaching yoga on the water using Stand Up Paddle-boards. I will begin a training / certification on Thai Yoga Massage, which is a restorative form of yoga for yogis of all levels. BERY rxcited about adding this modality to my training. I never stop reading, learning, and growing as a yogi.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga personally saved me at a very stressful and emotional time in my life. I could not help but fall in love with the 5000 year old tradition. I soon felt the unmistakable need to dedicate the rest of my life leaning yoga so that I can positively impact others lives as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual or small group yoga practices custom designed to fit each client's physical and emotional state or goals on that given day, week, month or year. I love the benefits of offering tailored classes.
