- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a short conversation to learn about your goals, experience level, and any injuries or limitations you may have. For our first session, I’ll guide you through a gentle assessment so I can see how you move and tailor the practice to your needs. From there, I create customized sessions that balance strength, flexibility, breathwork, and relaxation. My goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and something you look forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga instructor and have completed 500 hours of therapeutic gentle yoga training with Allaine Stricklen, a highly respected yoga master known for her healing and alignment-based approach. This training emphasized therapeutic techniques, gentle sequencing, and adapting yoga for students of all ages and abilities. Combined with my background in anatomy, alignment, and mindfulness practices, I am able to create safe, effective, and personalized sessions for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
