Introduction: I am currently the only certified animal acupressure practitioner in the South West Florida region. I achieved my certification through Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute. In early 2009 I became a Certified Acupressure Practitioner, after completing my training at Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute ( TAAI ), which is based in Larkspur, Colorado. This is a comprehensive 330 Learning Unit program, or 164 Continuing Education Hours through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work (NCBTMB). Tallgrass is acknowledged world wide as the premier educator when it comes to Animal Acupressure. The best part is helping each individual animal achieve optimal health and balance. Each animal has different needs and different results. The idea that I am able to help them is what is so important to me. The feed back I get from the owners is always rewarding, and I am always learning from the animals.
