Our pricing varies depending on the rental item, rental duration (single day, overnight, or multi-day), and your delivery location. Delivery is separate and based on your address, so we'll need your event location to give you a complete quote. Professional setup and takedown are included in the price for most rentals — for smaller items like tables and chairs, we handle the delivery and pickup while you handle the simple setup. We offer package deals that bundle bounce houses, tents, tables, and chairs together to save you money. Your quote includes an optional damage waiver and optional tip, both of which can be removed upon request. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's super easy! You can browse our full inventory and check real-time availability on our website. Pick your items, choose your event date, and submit a quote request or book online. We'll need your event address to calculate your delivery fee and give you a complete quote. Once everything is confirmed, we'll go over all the details with you — delivery time, setup location, and any special instructions. Our crew delivers and sets up everything before your event starts for most rentals, and we come back to pick it all up when it's over. For smaller items like tables and chairs, we handle delivery and pickup while you handle the simple setup. We stay in touch the whole time so you're never left guessing. We speak English and Spanish and are happy to answer any questions along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida and BBB Accredited. Our hands-on experience comes from five years of running events across Southwest Florida — from small backyard birthdays to large-scale weddings and community festivals. We've built our expertise through real-world experience, learning what families and event planners actually need to have a stress-free celebration. Every member of our delivery crew is trained on proper inflatable setup, safety procedures, and equipment sanitation.
