- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated. We figure per head amount, food cost, prep cost, travel time, service time, and clean up time. Once a fee is agreed upon we collect 50% up front for the food costs and travel time. The remainder is paid upon the day of the event.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Again-a good friend told me that life is too short to Not do what you love to do. Everyone knows of my attention to detail and what a good cook I am, and how I enjoy entertaining and that's why they ask me to plan their events. We all have a good time and things are done right and professionally the first time.
