Cristi gave me wonderful choices. The job was at my church and everything was done in a timely manner. They were most gracious to my guests, went above and beyond in every way. The presentation was beautiful. The food was to die for. It was not only as fresh as it could be but every bit as delicious..My guests are still calling me to tell me how great it was. Cristi and her husband chef have my undying gratitude for all they did for us We will use their service every chance we have to do so. The service was so great, we could not have improved it. Our experience with E'leep was excellent. Our party was planned to be casual and allow our guests to arrive throughout the evening. Chef Shan and Christi arrived on time and began set-up, there was a miscommunication with our rental equipment (not the fault of E'leep and Christi made herself available to drive 2 hours to pick up the missing tables and linens. Chef Shan was still able (alone) to complete his prep and was ready when guests started arriving. Throughout the evening Chef Shan continuously had a variety of Tapas flowing and engaged with our guests, Christi circulated through the room providing continuous service throughout the event. Our guests all gave excellent feedback on the food and service commenting on the uniqueness of the menu, freshness and quality of the food and service. We will be calling on Chef Shan and Christi for our next cateredevent!

We love E'Leep's Catering! We hired them for our 10th Anniversary Party/Vow Renewal. Cristi and Yashanti went above and beyond our expectations. They are definitely more than your average caterer! We asked for a low country boil...and Chef did an amazing job...he even made his own andouille sausage! Cristi helped set everything up...even my own personal decorations! She had a vision, and she brought it to life. She turned our event into a beautiful winter wonderland. Cristi also took charge and coordinated with our D.J and set up the cake! E'Leep's Catering helped make our event a success. We will recommend them to anyone in need of a catering company.

Wow, wow, wow did this go well!!! I contacted Cristy the weekend before a dinner party for 8. She responded quickly, had me speak directly with Chef Shan to plan around our dietary restrictions (no nuts, no shellfish no pork) and had a PERFECT bar & menu plan in 2 days. She asked for a picture of the dining room and set such a beautiful table matching the decor. The meal was stunningly well prepared and presented. We had 6 courses that "toured" the world's cusine. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the quality, the flavors, the visual appeal of this meal. To top it off they left the kitchen spotlessly clean! Do not miss they opportunity to work with Cristy and be astouned by Chef Shan's creations!

We encourage our potential clients to call us. We create menus for different venues and work with our clients needs & budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love listening to our clients needs for their venue. Chef takes the time to personalize and customize each of the menus. Once we discuss the menu, we are here to offer our clients a full production based on each of their needs. As a event specialist and designer, I am able to create a complete set up venue. I have a great networking team and able to get our clients everything they need to making their day special. My job is to work within the clients budget and produce a production and design, that makes the client relax and leave me to take the worry away. We just want our clients to show up and enjoy their special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Chef always is on top of different cultural dishes for clients, giving them the satisfaction to have different choice Hor d' oeuvres, Entree's & Desserts.
