I had to hire a caterer in a short amt of time and was not familiar with any. I read the review for Savour and booked them. After having many parties in NYC I was hoping my Naples caterer would measure up- I was not disappointed at all!!!! They arrived early, very pleasant staff and met everyone’s needs. Matt’s food was delicious and his presentation was beautiful. Everyone loved the food and I would use Savour again without question.

I had to book a last minute wedding reception for 40-60 people. With 3 days notice and last minute changes, the food was amazing, the staff never stopped smiling, the guests are still talking about it. Bonus, they left the place cleaner than they found it! I will hire them again every time because oh their customer service and amazing food at a great price!

Chef Matt is amazing and made our wedding an day to remember! Every step of the way even before the wedding he made sure that not only all our culinary questions were answered, but that any questions and fears we had about the wedding were eased! He even reached out to another vendor we were working with to help us with coordinating! I so appreciated his calm positive demeanor! He made this bride and groom feel so taken care of! The food was excellent and it was honestly hard to break away from our delicious meal! Guests raved about everything and everyone kept asking about the delicious food! I can’t say enough, thank you Matt and Savour First Choice Catering!!

    pricing will be determined by many factors, including, but not limited to; food, staffing, rentals, caliber of event, etc

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    determine size, occasion, location of event. followed by menu planning. securing a date with deposit. then carrying out event as scheduled. i try to make it as easy as possible for the client, including sample menus, etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    being in the business 14 years consecutively and working with not only great chefs, but the best companies around, i decided to dive into the market providing service and food at the highest standards. even for small parties, will i strive to exceed expectations of the client.
