Paella is a classic Spanish dish that originates in Valencia, Spain. Paella is comprised of key ingredients such as imported rice, saffron, paprika, sofrito and a variety of meats, shellfish and vegetables. Paella is cooked outside over an open fire in a paella pan. Hands down best Paellas around. We had the privilege of smelling the fresh food being cooked on site at our wedding, and it was one of the talks of the evening. Great food, Great service and highly recommend you give Jose a call !

We had Jose cater a Keys wedding we had and it was absolutely terrific! Our clients got to have a lovely tasting prior to their wedding that they were over the moon about, and Jose was accommodating and helpful through the planning process.
