I cannot say enough good things about Ricardo Martell and his computer skills. He came to my home and fixed my whole system that I was totally locked out of. He was able to back-up all my data and then reinstall all my files. The Geek Squad couldnt help me, Dell couldnt help me but Ricardo got the job done. I am forever grateful to him.
