The company itself was fantastic. Simon, the owner, was very communicative from start to finish. We had an issue with our bathtub draining, so Mark, the plumber, came out and tried to clear the drain (we thought it was just badly clogged). He used a process to blow a large amount of air down the drain first to see if it would clear. When that didn't work, he tried to snake the drain and that still didn't work. He took a look at the piping system and figured out the issue, which was the drain floater (stopper), in the pipes, was stuck. Mark was great at explaining what the issue was in layman's terms, since I am not well-versed in the world of plumbing. The company was so nice and provided a quick estimate within the next couple days for what needed fixing. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly once we accepted the estimated price. Mark communicated when he was on his way and was timely with arriving at the specified time for the appointment. He spent about 10/15 minutes measuring the areas, ensuring that he would be cutting in the proper places. He asked both times when he was about to make some loud noise, if it was alright because I was working from home -- which was so nice. He was extremely quick and efficient with the job and cleaned up after all was done -- no hassle with any of this process! No complaints whatsoever -- in fact, the complete opposite! I am extremely satisfied with the work that Mark has done and would highly recommend anyone use SWF Plumbing services!
