I would never hire this contractor unless to do demo work. They claim everyone is video taped but they do what they want. Zero communication and unless you are there daily they take short cuts. As a licensed contractor out of state that knows the business, I personally think it's horrible. There sub contractors waste your time and they are quick to cheat you on your class action suit. If you are not there daily you will get ripped off from something. The best part was I am called names such as a "dick" because I caught so many short cuts and called them out. They claim that they are the best. I disagree! !!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework. There are contractors out there trying to make a quick buck and are offering low-cost remediations, but are in-turn providing poor workmanship, no warranty work (We provide a 1 year warranty on all of our work), very little supervision and oversight, and in the end they have unsatisfied homeowners. Also make sure you know what scope of work you are looking for. There are so many options with this process, and we would be happy to discuss them with you.
