- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work work with your budget. We request a deposit to order the flowers and payment in full 2 weeks prior to event. (unless you walk in the door and we make it that day or so) :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet at our store front, talk on the phone or exchange emails and ideas.. We love photos..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a second generation florist specifically in this area of Ft Myers, Estero , Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Lehigh and Naples. My staff and I are members of Southwest Florida Florist Association (An association devoted to keeping the integrity of our industry at its peek) We also attend multiple workshops through out the year to keep up on techniques and trends in our ever changing industry.
