FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, the time involved, and the materials required to complete the work properly. Some smaller repairs can be quoted quickly, while larger projects may require a visit to evaluate the job before providing an accurate estimate. I believe in fair and transparent pricing and focusing on doing the job correctly the first time. My goal is to provide quality workmanship and reliable service rather than cutting corners just to offer the lowest price. This helps ensure the work lasts and the customer receives real value for the service being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I start by listening carefully to what they are looking to have done and gathering the important details about the project. If needed, I schedule a time to come out and look at the job so I can properly understand the scope of work. From there I explain the available options and the best way to complete the repair or project. Once we agree on the plan, we schedule the work and keep clear communication throughout the process so the client knows exactly what to expect. My goal is to complete the work efficiently, treat the home with respect, and make sure the client is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in construction during high school through a contractor work program where I spent four years working with Clayton’s Construction. Through that program I gained hands-on experience in remodeling and home repairs and graduated with a 4.0 GPA based on my work performance. Over the years I have continued to build experience across multiple trades including remodeling, drywall repair, electrical work, and general home improvement. I have also attended schooling for a General Contractor certification and continue to expand my knowledge of the construction field. In addition, I have completed training through The Home Depot Path to Pro Skills Program, including certifications in Skills Basics, Trades Essentials Electrical, and Trades Essentials Drywall. Before starting my business, I also spent 15 years in law enforcement where professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail were critical. Those same values carry over into how I operate my business and serve my clients today.
