- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and vision for their project. We then schedule a visit or review photos of the space to evaluate the scope of work and discuss the best solutions and materials for the project. After that, we provide a clear and honest estimate along with a timeline for the work. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project and begin the renovation while keeping open communication with the customer throughout the entire process. Our goal at Gulf Pro Renovation LLC is to make every project smooth, organized, and stress-free while delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from hands-on training and real-world work in home renovation and construction. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in different areas of home improvement, including remodeling, flooring installation, drywall, painting, trim work, and general home repairs. Working on many different projects has helped me build the knowledge and attention to detail needed to deliver high-quality results.
