Insurance Inspections:
Many inspectors will charge you for an inspection even if it doesn’t benefit you. WE DON’T DO THAT!
If the home won’t pass a 4 Point Insurance Inspection, or a Wind Mitigation Inspection isn’t going to save you money, then we’ll explain why & skip that inspection, rather than charging you for an inspection that isn’t going to do you any good.

Our Senior Inspectors are state Certified Building Contractors (CBC), with several years of experience in SW FL Housing, Construction, and Building industries. All inspectors have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of property inspection, and all are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). We adhere to Standards of Practice, abide by a Code of Ethics, and attend required continuing education courses. Each inspector is responsible for taking several hours per year on the subjects of construction, architecture, roofing, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. so that they can stay up to date with current trends.
