- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First-time and deep cleaning services may require additional time and detail. Extra services such as inside oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior windows, blinds, and other special requests may have additional costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the customer’s needs, the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any special requests. Then we provide an estimate and explain the service details before scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential cleaning, recurring maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. I have learned effective techniques to provide clean, organized, and comfortable spaces for clients.
