- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the size of the house. And what the customer wants. I work with excellent prices and if necessary I offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first conversation, I try to find out what he likes, what he doesn't like, what I do, what's extra, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning houses since I was 14. My mother went out to work and I took care of the household chores for her.
