And, Ready2Move, we apologize for changing the dates and some of the load as we got close to move day. BUT we love how flexible you were to our changes.
We just wanted you to know that your great team showed up on time, worked hard all day, babied our furniture, packed efficiently, kept their terrific sense of humor all day long. and were absolutely great!!!
We moved from Alva FL to Palm Coast FL, about 250 miles, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had received a quote from one of the large national movers but they weren't very communicative so we called you. Your quote was WAY less and you were all so communicative and responsive. Thanks for being there for us.

I wasn't sure what kind of movers is get using Thumbtack and Ready To Move. (And I've moved a lot!) Now, I'll know to use RTM again and recommend this company and specifically my movers Ricky and John! These guys made a hard task seem easy.
A traffic jam meant these two were not only moving late in an already long day, but then they came upon on my stuff. Needing to be disassembled and MANY more boxes and pieces they probably imagined.
Not one complaint from them. In fact, they saw my stress and eased it immediately. They did a fantastic job well above and beyond and experience I've had with movers - even family.
And more than caring for my belongings, they cared for me. And my five year old boy, who they engaged and laughed with and helped his transition from one home to another more than I could have imagined.

I HIGHLY recommend Ready To Move, and if you get quoted for two guys and a truck with everything about your move seamless, believe it - and see if you can get Ricky & John. :)

Arrived on time and loaded everything without a hitch. The whole process, from booking to the move and payment went very easily. Everything arrived at my new place and it was undamaged and right on schedule. I wish every move that I've made went so smoothly!

I had two movers who moved quickly and efficiently. They handled all of my items with great care. I have a narrow staircase and they did a great job getting large dressers up without damaging anything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer either hourly rates or Flat Rates, depending on the job, if we receive a completed items list, or are able to do an in-home estimate. We offer VERY competitive pricing & will match any other offers!!! (with the proof of a lower offer via email)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take down your contact information for our records. Next we start working on giving you a Flat Rate Estimate or our hourly rate to see which option fits your needs better. Once you are comfortable in our pricing we will schedule your move & call you the day before your move date to confirm. Then lastly on the date of your move our moving crew will be on their way to move your items with care.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have moved quite a range of people varying from medical offices, vacation homes, restaurants, retirees, college kids, veterinarian offices, & we also offer just labor if you have a pod or truck that needs to be unloaded.
