I had multiple stains on my carpet from burning candles. I didn’t realize the amount of damage from a black soy candle until I moved some items off the floor and found black rings outlining everything. Probably a mix of soot and aerosolized wax. As I sought bids on this job, a commercially recognized national company stated they couldn’t guarantee the marks could be removed. Others wouldn’t come out for just one room. Above Water Restoration responded immediately, saw the pictures, asked a couple of questions and gave hope the soot marks could be removed. And they were. Fine job from Edward and Mendis. They stated it wasn’t as easy to remove as typical dirt but were successful in removing all the marks. Carpet looks great! Would definitely use Above Water Restoration again for general carpet cleaning.

Above water restoration has really gone over and above my expectations. As a property community association manager it is vital to have great support and vendor that will be there no matter what. Every time I’ve had a water leak at any of my high-rises or flood they have been prompt responsive and diligent. I am very impressed with their customer service and how they educate homeowners on what to do whenever there is leaks, floods and mold remediation.
