Felix and John, the two gentleman sent to perform our mold remediation, were very courteous and kept us informed at all times as to the process involved. Great working with Mold Masters - they helped us with a fast timeline we were working on. They are very knowledgeable. Only feedback is that we wish we would have known more about what was going into how much furniture was going to need to be moved/etc. during the mold remediation. Talked with Chase about it and he was very responsive and apologetic for any confusion. Would absolutely use them again- but the goal is to not have to!
