- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are based on monthly rates and the frequency with which you train. I offer comprehensive packages which include, but are not limited to, training, nutrition, stress management, lifestyle improvement, along with positive habit implementation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I begin working with a new client starts with a FaceTime consultation. After the consultation, and the client has decided to use my services, I email the initial start up paperwork to the client. The initial paperwork includes a four page health history, a dietary intake, and a three day food journal. Once those are completed and returned to me I begin the process of creating the complete training package for the client. By the time we meet for our first training session this on boarding process allows us to simply start training versus doing all the paperwork in person. I also do a body composition analysis before we begin our training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I begin my career as a personal trainer as a result of being helped by another trainer. I had been a stay at home mom, was gaining weight, and basically didn’t like myself very much. This trainer pulled me out of a hole and helped me to regain my confidence through strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and eating properly. Within six months I lost 35 pounds and within Another 12 months I stepped on stage to do my first bodybuilding competition. I wanted to help other people feel the way this trainer has made me feel so that they can be happier and healthier lives.
