Ann is terrific to work with. She really knows her stuff and has designed a program that not only fits my personal fitness goals but also taken into consideration my interests/preferences for types of workouts. Ann is amazing coach and person! I love the structure and know what to expect from my training and meal plan. She will always push you to achieve more, but never cross the limit and break you. Ann has been an excellent trainer since day one! When I started going to the gym I didn’t know where to start and that’s where Ann came in and helped me through the process. Since the day we met, Ann patiently showed me how to use the machines and she created fun workouts that where perfect for my level of training and my goals. Little by little I started feeling more comfortable and confident around the gym, and I also started seeing results! This is when I got even more motivated to workout and see even more progress. Ann has been a pleasure to work with. She has pushed me to do more and I’m just impressed with the things that I been able to accomplish through my workouts. Ann has always been there to answers all my questions and concerns. Besides providing a variety of fun workouts every week, she also gave me tips and information regarding nutrition and healthy eating.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My services are based on monthly rates and the frequency with which you train. I offer comprehensive packages which include, but are not limited to, training, nutrition, stress management, lifestyle improvement, along with positive habit implementation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The way I begin working with a new client starts with a FaceTime consultation. After the consultation, and the client has decided to use my services, I email the initial start up paperwork to the client. The initial paperwork includes a four page health history, a dietary intake, and a three day food journal. Once those are completed and returned to me I begin the process of creating the complete training package for the client. By the time we meet for our first training session this on boarding process allows us to simply start training versus doing all the paperwork in person. I also do a body composition analysis before we begin our training.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I begin my career as a personal trainer as a result of being helped by another trainer. I had been a stay at home mom, was gaining weight, and basically didn’t like myself very much. This trainer pulled me out of a hole and helped me to regain my confidence through strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and eating properly. Within six months I lost 35 pounds and within Another 12 months I stepped on stage to do my first bodybuilding competition. I wanted to help other people feel the way this trainer has made me feel so that they can be happier and healthier lives.
