AJ S says, "I discovered QSE by searching drywall companies SWFL on Google Maps. The reviews were compelling but i admit I was a bit skeptical. I believe everyone has different standards and i am admittedly OCD about finishing work, especially spackle and paint. My initial meeting with Julio was a good one, he is very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. He was also honest about the time to complete the project as well as the level of clean-up. We agreed upon a Level 5 finish. (This was a lot to ask given the skip-troweling/wallpaper on all of the walls and some ceilings in our master suite.)From the moment the QSE team set foot in our house, I knew this was going to be a different experience. Every member was incredibly respectful (to us) and supportive of one another. These guys worked really hard, showed up on time, communicated well and knocked out their portion of the job. The final finishing coats were completed by Claudia and her partner. Skim-coating should be viewed as an art form, as they have honed their skills to perfection. Ive had painters do this work in the past, and I truly have to say, hands-down these guys are just so much better because they do this work every day. Theres no rush to get to the painting aspect of the project like a painter does, QSEs endgame is to give you finished walls that are ready for anything, be it specialty paint or paper. The results from these guys are nothing short of amazing. I can unequivocally say that their work exceeded all of my expectations. QSE was absolutely the best call I could have made. The interior and exterior spaces he painted are beautifully completed, with crisp, clean lines and no mess. From pressure washing, to cleaning and painting furniture, to landscaping and screen repair, etc., each project where we needed help was completed quickly, with great attention to detail and excellent follow-up to ensure we were happy with the results. 1 hired to remove popcorn ceiling , skim coat, paint. 1100 ish sq ft. 2 was supposed to be done while i was away two weeks over holidays. He said it was day before i got back. It was not. 3 took 2 to 3 weeks to complete with 2 more "its done" and it wasnt. They kept trying to add patch And paint before it was dry and it kept peeling by the day after it was "completed". 4 obviouly did not apply skim coat, did not remove all popcorn on edges. Did minimal cleanup, chunks maybe but obviously did not vaccume as popcorn EVEtYWHERE. Did not go back and do any bedrooms just main area at all after first pass from what i can tell. 5 showed up with similar but different card for different conpany name. I should have known better. 6 asked for 600 over quote because "it took longer than expected". If job had been done right it wouldnt have. Literally oaid him to get him to leave and not damage further. Do not reccomend. Ever.
