I believe everyone has different standards and i am admittedly OCD about finishing work, especially spackle and paint. My initial meeting with Julio was a good one, he is very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. He was also honest about the time to complete the project as well as the level of clean-up. We agreed upon a Level 5 finish. (This was a lot to ask given the skip-troweling/wallpaper on all of the walls and some ceilings in our master suite.)From the moment the QSE team set foot in our house, I knew this was going to be a different experience. Every member was incredibly respectful (to us) and supportive of one another. These guys worked really hard, showed up on time, communicated well and knocked out their portion of the job. The final finishing coats were completed by Claudia and her partner. Skim-coating should be viewed as an art form, as they have honed their skills to perfection. Ive had painters do this work in the past, and I truly have to say, hands-down these guys are just so much better because they do this work every day. Theres no rush to get to the painting aspect of the project like a painter does, QSEs endgame is to give you finished walls that are ready for anything, be it specialty paint or paper. The results from these guys are nothing short of amazing. I can unequivocally say that their work exceeded all of my expectations. QSE was absolutely the best call I could have made.
