He came out to assess the repair. Was very honest, said he was very busy - could not return with all parts to complete the repair for a week. To his word, he was back in a week and did a great job.

Adam did a wonderful job with fully renovating our Naples FL condo. He is affordable and produces very high-quality work. He stayed on budget. The project took longer than planned only because challenges were uncovered along the way (eg water/mold damage was discovered surprisingly which was cleaned, disinfected and sealed professionally by Adam). Had two projects. He did do one of the projects with satisfaction. I wanted him to dump the ice maker tray before he left and he forgot about it. He did state he would go back but I was already in for 1 1/2hrs for the original project. Either way it was fine and due to living in Arizona it’s hard for me to check on it.
