I would’ve picked all categories for him and given him a 5+ rating. This gentleman knows how to run a business. He got a hold of me right away, and I told him what the problem was shot him a couple of pictures. He was professional enough to go out and take a look at it to give a real estimate that wasn’t a fake one and then I was able to have him clear away things out of a gutter that was almost impossible to get toand pressure wash my pool area. He’s absolutely a real professional. I’m definitely gonna be doing more business with him, I’m a property manager and have multiple properties all over Lake County so take my advice. He’s the one to call.

Jose Cruz of Emerald City Pressure Washing did an excellent job for my second story condo. Inside and outside was done with meticulous care. Perfect job! He worked with one other person. I would definitely recommend Jose anytime you want an especially great job done!

We hired Emerald City Pressure Washing for complete lanai pressure wash, exterior of windows cleaned and some windows and slider doors re-screening. Everything looks really nice.
