I was only allowed to pick 3 reasons but would also add the remaining Professionalism and Value! Jose immediately responded and scheduled, arrived on time and efficiently cleared my gutters and blocked downspouts. He also patched 3 of my 4 corners that had been leaking and problematic since we moved in. Clear communication and extremely polite. Thanks Jose and Natalya!

I would’ve picked all categories for him and given him a 5+ rating. This gentleman knows how to run a business. He got a hold of me right away, and I told him what the problem was shot him a couple of pictures. He was professional enough to go out and take a look at it to give a real estimate that wasn’t a fake one and then I was able to have him clear away things out of a gutter that was almost impossible to get toand pressure wash my pool area. He’s absolutely a real professional. I’m definitely gonna be doing more business with him, I’m a property manager and have multiple properties all over Lake County so take my advice. He’s the one to call.

Emerald City did a fantastic job with my gutter cleaning but they went over and beyond by burying my drainage and bringing it out in a separate part out of my yard. What a pleasure it is not to trip over it now as I formerly did!

Jose came and gave us an estimate for gutter cleaning very quickly after receiving my request. After discussing exactly what he would do, we hired him and he completed the job right away. All gutters were completely cleaned and all debris removed from our house. Downspouts were also flushed to insure they were working. We highly recommend Emerald City!

Young people did a great job of cleaning my pool deck and screen enclosure, a little pricy as I had other quotes for much less but had committed to these folks. I still feel I got good value for the money as they did a really good job.
