Rick was the first responder to my Thumbtack request, so immediate kudos for responsiveness. I had 2 leaking skylights that needed to be replaced. Rick saw that it was older type of skylights and had rotted wood around the casing. He quoted me and I hired him because of his experience (35 years). He finished and sent me pictures of the job, since I'm not local, and I have tenants. The job was done in a very efficient and timely manner.
