I believe in transparent and fair pricing. Every project is different, so I provide estimates based on the size and condition of the area. No hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger jobs, repeat customers, or combined services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions about the project and request photos if possible. Then I provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. Before starting, I inspect the area, explain the process, and make sure the customer knows what to expect. My goal is quality work and clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working with professional cleaning equipment, surface-safe cleaning methods. I continue learning new techniques and products to deliver the best possible results.
