Hi Mr Janus, We understand you still upset about this situation. You already posted a bad review years ago when this work was done. The storm we had after that work we did was one of the worst hurricane that ever happen to Florida. We did replaced the screws on your existing old enclosure like we do to a lot of old enclosures to make sure they look better and hopefully they survive storms like the ones we had here lately, but we cannot guarantee it will not collapse, also you can never replace all the internal screws on an old enclosure and those also weaken the enclosure over time. Especially if is not a newer enclosure like the Panoramic-View Screen Enclosures we built now with welded insert and posts, that will survive a hurricane of this level. One thing we are not sure is why are you are mentioning a permit when all we did was replace screws and gutters no permit is needed for this type of work, you might be confusing us with another company if a permit was not passed. We are one of the best in the industry and we work really hard everyday to keep it like that, I can guarantee our crews will exceed anyones expectations.
