I cannot rave enough about my experience working out with Jamie. Flex is a judgement free zone. I never felt intimated in the studio, but I always feel challenged! The consistency of my experience has helped me lose more than 20lbs so far. Jamie is friendly and personable. When I started, I was nervous that wouldn’t be able to handle it - but Jamie was positive and motivating. She helped me find a way to step outside of my comfort zone. On my hardest days, it felt like she was by my side as my personal cheerleader rather than hounding me as a drill Sargent. I have also joined a group/class session Jamie was teaching and I loved it! I was never left behind and she does a great job at keeping everyone going. You have GOT to check out her programs and see for yourself!

Beautiful calming class in a quiet and clean environment! Jamie does an amazing job of describing each movement so you can flow through the class with your eyes closed if that’s your style. She can modify around any injuries you might have and gives just the right amount of push to be challenging yet comfortable

I had been stuck in a physical rut for a very long time. Jamie helped me not only get moving but has resulted in wonderful physical, mental, and emotional changes. Her personalized training, nutritional plan, and constant encouragement is exactly want I needed. Jamie walks her talk and shows by example. I enjoy working with Jamie!

What I like about Jamie is that she knows how to motivate you, making each session challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending her if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. Not only will you have personalized training, but also nutritional guidance, and constant coaching which is exactly what I needed.
