- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hour or $100 minimum, looking at a project through an hourly rate can seem expensive but normally turns out cheaper for smaller jobs, this is because when someone quotes you a price they are just estimating the amount of hours they believe it will take and multiplying it by their hourly rate then adding extra money on top of that for a "worse case" scenario, I will give a job price for projects that will take 6+ hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs a few pictures and a brief description is all that is needed for me to put together a materials list and schedule the job.
