Repair to a flat roof where it met the main building and was leading very badly. ARK and Tony Profeta responded quickly and were at work the morning after being awarded the contract. Job completed in less than a day and clean up was good. Courteous and efficient.
I waited until after a heavy rainfall to post this and am happy to say...no leaks.

Tony Profeta responded quickly to a call for a roof inspection in view of getting a roof report. He said it would be a free inspection but while inspecting the roof he took it upon himself without getting my approval to caulk some rusty nails and glue down a couple of shingles. Tony asked to be paid $200.00 for the service and I told him that was too high considering I was not consulted on doing the small repairs he did and the going price of a report was $85.00 according to my insurance. We agreed to $150.00 for both the unauthorized repairs he performed. I sent him a check in good faith, he cashed it in November 2015 and despite several requests for the roof report he came for in the 1st place, he has ignored me and never supplied the needed report. This is plain dishonest. I certainly do not recommend him to anyone.
