I have never written a bad review on professional service. I can’t let this one go. It all comes down to integrity...job was not as thorough as on contract and I was misled to believe the carpets would be professionally cleaned. She didn’t show on the night she said she was going to. She was tired from work earlier that day. She was then 3 hours late the next day because of some medical issue with a friend. She didn’t call me to tell me either time. She waited for me to call her. The areas that were cleaned were done exceptionally well. However, she missed blinds and baseboards in 2 bedrooms. They were left dirty. The garage wasn’t swept at all. And the carpets...where to begin....when she showed up, she asked if we wanted to add carpet steaming. She told us she had her own machine, that she had worked for a reputable carpet cleaning service for years, and could do a much better job. She even talked about how saturated the other company left flooring. What did we actually get? She took our money and rented a Rug Doctor because her equipment magically wasn’t working that same day she wanted to charge me for it. She made no mention of the Rug Doctor until after my landlord caught her with it at the house. Professional cleaning? I think not. Then, when she was supposedly finished, she told me how wonderful of a job she had done, especially proud of the carpets, but absolutely no mention of the Rug Doctor until she was caught.
Hiring this team ended up costing me more money. I had to pay for Stanley Steamer to come out and fix her work. And my landlord is deducting money out of my deposit to cover the rest of what she missed. Buyer beware.
