- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client of A&M Vacation Rentals, you will receive personal service. During our first correspondence we will focus on what exactly is most important to you and what you are looking for. We will get to know more details about your vacation rental property, so that we are able to pull comps and give you an idea of what rates we would suggest for every season of the year. We will go over all that we offer to show you that personal service is our top priority.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have a running performance record of 90% or above for occupancy per month. As well as, a 5-star rating on Airbnb and committed to their Enhanced Clean program.
