Rug Beaters provided excellent service. James was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. We had pet stains on our carpet and it had not been cleaned for awhile. The carpet is 'like-new'. I highly recommend Rug Beaters for you carpet cleaning needs.

James did a great job for me. Was quick to respond, quick to schedule (gave me a next-day appt). Showed up promptly when he said he would and did a great job! he even managed to get the wax out of my son's carpet... it looks great!
