Introduction: My thirty years in the culinary field have given me the experience, knowledge, and heart to create nutritious, delicious, and comforting food. I can and have created and implemented full menus, including: breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, soups, desserts, and specialty drinks. I have full knowledge of the use and care of herbs and spices, including their medicinal effects.
For me cooking is a Passion, not a job. It's like putting a kid in a sandbox. Sharing that passion only intensifies it. My experience working as a culinary instructor for Publix Cooking School ignited my desire and drive to nurture the culinary knowledge, skills, and creativity of the home cook.
