I recently had the pleasure of using Good Heart Homes for housecleaning services, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Jeannette, the owner, was absolutely amazing, personable and compassionate. After traveling nonstop for work, my home had become overwhelming, and during our initial consultation, she allowed me to express my feelings and even cried on her shoulder without judgement. Within the same week, Jeannette and her team arrived and worked wonders! Despite not offering laundry services, they helped me organize and put away mountains of clean clothes. When I walked into my home afterward, it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Their services exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely safe having them in my home. They were honest and didn’t try to overcharge, which I truly appreciated. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customer at the property prior cleaning but sometimes I just go and clean and never meet the client in person, we do all electronically. It depends on the need of each client and the situation.😉👍🏽
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family and I have been renting properties for over 25 years. A lot of cleaning done through the years, giving us a lot of experience in the area of maintaining and cleaning Homes.😉👍🏽
