- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services by the hour to provide flexibility based on your home’s unique needs. My rates are $55/hour for deep cleaning and home organization, $50/hour for initial cleans and $45/hour for regular cleaning. I strive to be transparent—there are no hidden fees. If additional services or supplies are needed beyond what we discuss, I’ll always communicate that upfront. While I don’t currently offer discounts, I’m happy to discuss package options or ongoing scheduling to help you get the best value. My goal is to provide you with excellent care and a refreshed, peaceful space that feels worth every penny!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, I’ll start by listening carefully to your goals and any specific needs or challenges you’re facing with your space. I would love to do a walk-through before your service to be able to accurately assess my time estimate on the project. I understand that this is a barrier to entry for some and am open to a digital walk through. If it's an organization job, the most important thing for me to understand before diving in is what your ultimate vision is. From there, I create a personalized quote based on the size and condition of your home and the services you want — whether that’s a deep clean, regular maintenance, or organizing. Once we agree on the plan and schedule, I’ll arrive fully prepared with all the supplies needed to get started. During the visit, I stay flexible and communicative, making sure to check in with you about priorities or any adjustments. After the job, I’ll follow up to make sure you’re happy with the results and see if you’d like ongoing support or anything else. I aim to make the whole experience easy, respectful, and focused on creating a space that truly feels like home for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience working in a variety of homes and spaces. Over that time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of effective cleaning techniques, organization systems, and how to approach each space with care and respect. My true education comes from the real-world experience of helping clients create peaceful, functional, and refreshed homes — and from listening closely to what each individual needs. I also love researching how to clean things that appear to be un-cleanable.
