We Scheduled and received confirmation through Thumbtack. They did not show up. Called multiple times. Had to reschedule although the cleaning was confirmed for 8:00 a.m. which caused a conflict for repairs scheduled after the cleaning. When they arrived at 5:30 pm they did not clean as expected and an inspection was performed. They returned unconfirmed and cleaned again. The house was cleaned after the 2nd un-scheduled crew showed up. There was a lot of back and forth and confusion with the vendor which caused a great deal of rescheduling with other vendor work. This is an empty house. I have all jobs inspected after service by a 3rd party inspector. The pictures sent after the first cleaning showed the house was not clean, but swept and still mostly dirty. I hate to give a review like this but we had other vendors that had to be rescheduled because they did not show up, did not clean as agreed, and came back unannounced to clean after the inspection was received with pictures and other issues related to the quote and entry to property without prior authorization. I'm running a business this was a major delay.
