I had them repaint a ceiling that had water stains, which I thought might still show through. They explained how they would seal it first, and I decided to trust them. Midway, I could still faintly see the marks, and I was worried, but after the final coat, it disappeared completely. There was a small drip near a corner that I pointed out, and they cleaned it immediately. The ceiling now looks uniform and bright, and you wouldnt know there was any damage before. That alone made the whole service worth it for me.

All of the employees went put of their way to make sure that our 100 year old building looked great when done. This project encompassed multiple outdoor surfaces and lots of prep worked. Job well done!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free of charge. We include the cost of labor and materials in all bids unless directed otherwise. Some painters will rely on you to purchase the paint and only quote labor. We're a full-service paint company that handles everything for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first record your information and place you in our system. We walk you through our estimating process and after we conduct a walkthrough to understand the scope of your project, we will let you know the price, how we will perform the work and what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of combined experience performing painting tasks. Each employee is Lead Renovator Certified, which is relevant in older homes. We practice continual improvement and training for all members of the team, educating them on new products and methods.
