In only one month, Richard Thompson transformed me from a weak, discouraged, hunched over, decrepit senior citizen to a woman who could stand tall once again. He very skillfully designed two different routines for me, carefully monitoring my chronic back issues and fractured kneecap. Injuries are demoralizing, and the muscle loss that comes with inactivity in later years is swift. Before Richard's training I was depressed, thinking the future was one of lesser capacity and more dependence. Richard changed my attitude as well as my body. He is a great motivator and with me, he concentrated on functional fitness so that I can lift my grocery bags from the trunk of the car, put away my dishes in the top cabinet, and lift the corner of my mattress in order to change the sheets on my bed. One month ago I could not do these things. He is always available by text and phone to coach me if I have questions. In addition, he gives tremendous value for the dollar and is far less expensive than physical therapy. With complete confidence I encourage one and all to experience the healing Richard Thompson provides.

I highly recommend Rich's personal training services, because he not only understands the physical aspects of exercise needed to achieve and SUSTAIN weight loss, but he also brings a holistic approach / program (diet, nutrition, sleep quality, stress management etc..) to optimize overall health and well being for the long term. It is this unique holistic approach that most other personal trainers typically do not tackle, that I have found to be extremely effective.

Great choice...just what I need. Excellent listener and easy to get along with trainer. Every session is a new circuit. Keeps it fresh and on your toes. Highly recommend.

What a great experience!! Not only did I get a great foundation to start group classes, but I also gain knowledge on nutrition not just a diet but a lifestyle change and a change that I can stick to. In the past I've had trouble staying with a workout and eating healthy consistently, but through the two months I spent with Rich I think I'm finally hooked. I can't thank him enough.
