- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the square foot. We offer First time customer discounts and run promotions often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls in we speak about the customers needs, once that is identified we collect the customers information. Our estimator depending on the size of the job may schedule for an in person estimate or usually we would use our satellite measuring tool to measure out the service area and price out the job minus any discounts and our proposal is then sent via email. Occasionally we may request for pictures to help us price. Once the customer agrees to our estimate we schedule the job. We arrive, we clean until job is complete. Then the customer has the option to pay in cash/check or we can send an invoice where they would pay using debit/credit card. They receive a receipt and next day a request for a review.
